BROWSER VOICE
Voice intake for private charter enquiries
Some travellers prefer to explain their plans out loud. Bring that conversation back to a written brief your team can review.
A call invitation inside the conversation
The workflow can provide a short-lived browser call link from an existing WhatsApp conversation. The traveller opens the link, grants microphone access and speaks with the agent. No native WhatsApp calling feature is required for this browser-based route.
One itinerary across chat and call
Voice intake works with the current flight draft. The agent gathers missing details and the desk retains a transcript. Staff takeover, changes in the text conversation and call expiry stop older work from continuing against an outdated draft.
Written confirmation still matters
A spoken itinerary is not a confirmed request. The traveller returns to WhatsApp to review the written summary and confirm it. This gives the customer and charter team a clear version of the route, date, passengers and baggage.
Plan for real devices and connections
Browser calling needs a supported device, microphone permission and a stable connection. If calling is unavailable, the traveller can continue by text. Voice limits apply to the subscription and demo; the browser call does not place an order or book an aircraft.
