Who we are and what we do

Jetblanc (the trading name under which this service operates) is an independent private-flight coordination service based in Bangkok, Thailand. We take one structured brief and source viable ways to fly through established aviation partners. You may reach us directly or through a Jetblanc partner that has embedded, shared or referred our flight desk.

Every flight is performed by a third-party operator holding its own air operator certificate (AOC) and insurance, named before you commit.

Requests introduced by a Jetblanc partner

A partner may introduce your request, remain your main contact or let Jetblanc speak with you directly. We record that introduction and may share limited request progress with the partner as described in our Privacy Policy. The separate Partner Terms govern the commercial relationship between Jetblanc and the partner; they do not change who operates, contracts or receives payment for your flight.

Why the brokerage model protects you

Because we sit on your side of the table, our only interest is the right aircraft at the right terms. Options are sourced through partners who verify operator certification, insurance cover and crew qualifications before anything is presented to you, and the operator performing your flight is always named before you commit.

Our sourcing partners hold recognized industry memberships, including the Air Charter Association and the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA).

Quotes, and the words we use

We use four status words, consistently. An Estimate is modeled or indicative — not bookable. An Operator quote has been received from a supplier and is subject to its written validity and conditions. Reconfirming means your preferred option is being checked again before you commit. Confirmed is used only after the contracting party has accepted and the stated conditions are satisfied.

Nothing is booked, and no payment is due, until an option is Confirmed and you have accepted it.

Contracting and payment

During the current phase of service, the charter agreement is issued by — and payment is made to — the disclosed fulfillment partner or the aircraft operator, named to you before you commit. Jetblanc does not collect charter funds. The contracting party's written terms, shared with the quote, govern the carriage, including changes, delays and cancellations.

Your part

You agree to give us accurate trip information, to hold valid travel documents for everyone flying, and to review the contracting party's terms before accepting an option. Aviation is a regulated, weather-dependent business: schedules can change for safety and operational reasons that sit with the operator and authorities, not with preference.

Our responsibility

We stand behind the quality of our coordination: accurate briefs, honest status language, and options sourced in good faith through vetted channels. The performance of the flight itself — carriage, delay, baggage and related matters — is governed by the operator's terms and the international conventions that apply to air carriage.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. They are written in plain language on purpose; a counsel-reviewed version will replace them as Jetblanc formalizes, and the substance of the commitments above will not weaken. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
